3rd grade- Mexican Tin Art inspired work

3rd grade artists are working on artworks all inspired by Mexican tin art. They first designed their own symbols. Ms. Garcia hot glued over the designs. They then had a low- relief design to lay the aluminum foil over. The last step is always the messiest and the most fun! They painted black paint over the entire piece!

Los artistas de 3º grado están trabajando en obras de arte todas inspiradas en el arte de estaño mexicano. Primero diseñaron sus propios símbolos. La Sra. García luego traso sus diseños. Pegaron la lámina de aluminio sobre sus diseños. ¡El último paso es siempre el más divertido! ¡Pintaron pintura negra sobre toda la pieza!
